Excel Electric prides itself in providing quality electrical installations at fair prices. We employ and train our people to be the best in the business. We have a 4-year apprenticeship training program certified by the Department of Labor that all of our apprentices are enrolled in. We stay informed of changes to the National Electric Code through company sponsored code update classes.
We are committed to providing meaningful work at fair wages with good benefits. Many of our employees drive company owned and maintained vehicles and use company provided cellphones. Field employees have a company provided tool allowance and are provided work uniforms.

Excel Electric has regular company meetings and a quarterly newsletter to communicate updates regarding current projects and other company business.
During the summer, we gather for a employee outing and a separate family event. During the holidays we gather to give thanks and celebrate the season.

Excel Electric also offers a 401k and a 401k Roth plan with a generous match to employee contributions.
A discretionary bonus based on profits is paid annually.
