Ridges of Cascade

This 24-building, multi-unit project feature a clubhouse as well as over 200 different apartments. From the apartment complexes alone, this project was 260,000 square feet of new construction.

The first building was complete in December of 2014, and the project wrapped up in the summer of 2016, making it the largest residential project that Excel Electric has ever done.
